Job Title : AI Engineer

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Design and develop machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Build and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
• Work on a variety of AI applications such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and time-series forecasting.
• Optimize and fine-tune algorithms for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Develop APIs and pipelines for model training, testing, and inference.
• Stay current on the latest AI research and industry trends and apply innovative techniques as appropriate.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience in AI/ML development or research.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and data structures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying models using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or Spark.
• PhD in AI/ML or related field.
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative AI (e.g., LLMs).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Experience working in Agile development teams and CI/CD environments.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
