And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** + Support Voluntary Sales team with scrubbing RFP's, submitting quote requests and assisting with sold case implementation. + Submitting all RFP's in a timely fashion, coordinating work load. + Work closely with other business units and cultivate broker relationships. + Qualify RFP's, collect and review specs, engage with Voluntary Sales AE to gather all relevant details, review matching for strategic capabilities leveraging knowledge of products and networks. + Assist in development of proposal and coordinate resources as needed. + Leverages knowledge of products, networks, and industry. + Coordinate collection of questionnaire responses for RFP, data collection, scrubbing data and submit in Salesforce /CPQ, data entry to move the RFP through. + This is precise work on high volumes of RFPs where accuracy and attention to detail is critical to protect against the high cost of rework to completion. **Required Qualifications** + 2+ years in sales, sales support or project management experience. + Must be proficient with Microsoft, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook. + Knowledge in underwriting, sales practices, account management and healthcare RFPs. + Strong presentation and communication skills.​ + Ability to multitask, work with tight deadlines and work with other areas within the business. **Preferred Qualifications** + 1-2+ years of Salesforce experience. **Education** + High School Diploma or GED. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $21.10 - $49.08 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
