Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and help drive brand awareness and client engagement. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for delivering results in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Coordinate with internal departments to gather content and materials
Monitor and report on marketing performance and campaign analytics
Help prepare presentations, brochures, and promotional materials
Support in planning and organizing company events and initiatives
Maintain and update internal marketing documentation
Perform general administrative tasks related to the marketing department
Qualifications
Qualifications
~ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
~1+ year of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
~ Strong verbal and written communication skills
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
~ Basic knowledge of marketing principles and tools
~ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
~ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
