Job Description

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university; majors in international trade, marketing, electrical engineering, energy engineering, etc., are preferred. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (or French/Spanish), capable of skilled use in business negotiations, contract signing, team management, and technical exchanges. Work Experience: At least 8 years of work experience in home appliances, mechanical equipment, generators, motorcycles, consumer electronics, new energy industries; at least 3 years of sales and market development experience in African/Asian markets; experience leading teams of 10+ members and managing order volumes of over CNY 500 million. Team Building and Management: Excellent team leadership skills, able to establish and lead efficient regional sales, marketing, and after-sales teams; formulate reasonable team goals and performance evaluation systems to motivate team members to maximize their potential; focus on team member training and development to enhance overall business capabilities and comprehensive quality. Willing to accept long-term overseas business trips. Develop overseas development strategies, including but not limited to brand marketing, annual sales strategies, channel customer development plans, project business management, market insights, product matrix planning (including brand supply chain integration and business model exploration). Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets, sales models, sales strategies, sales forecasts, and corresponding incentive plans to achieve the company’s annual sales objectives. Professionally develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the region to enhance customer satisfaction. Collect market information, gain insights into industry trends, analyze industry and market development trends, output rolling sales forecasts for future products, guide effective allocation of resources, and conduct early-warning demand analysis, risk prediction, and formulate corresponding contingency plans. Unite the team and build team cohesion to ensure the team has a strong sense of solidarity and purpose.
