Salary: $85,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

• Microsoft O365 Certification (SharePoint, Power Platform, or related certification)
• Public Trust Security Clearance (ability to obtain and maintain as required)
• 3+ years of professional experience with SharePoint Online and out-of-the-box solutions
• Expertise in Power Automate with the capability to develop complex automated workflows
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, including retention labels and compliance reporting
• Knowledge of federal records management, including an understanding of lifecycle management requirements
• Proficiency in database integration and familiarity with records management processes
• Experience with migration tools and SharePoint Online migration methodologies
• Preferred:
• Experience with federal agencies or government contractors
• Understanding of NARA guidelines and 36 CFR federal records regulations
• Familiarity with GSA MAS contracts and federal procurement processes
• Background in justice or law enforcement sector systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• I will configure centralized SharePoint Online workspaces for four major PSA offices and three Executive Leadership workspaces.
• I plan to design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to aid in document lifecycle management.
• I will create and publish retention labels utilizing Microsoft Purview and apply them to the respective workspaces.
• I will provide technical support for the migration of records from legacy shared drives to SharePoint Online.
• I will develop content types, libraries, lists, and security permissions that adhere to federal records management standards.
• I plan to create workflows that are aligned with office procedures while ensuring compliance with NARA requirements.
• I will train Records Management personnel and end users on the functionalities of SharePoint.
• I will maintain catalogs of SharePoint workflows and lists, ensuring proper documentation is in place.
• I will troubleshoot SharePoint workflows and address any technical issues that arise.
• I will collaborate with PSA's Records Officer and designated office staff to understand workspace requirements.
