Location: Mc Lean, VirginiaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $23 - 26 per hour We are looking for an experience Social Media Analyst to join our client's Lifestyle Marketing team. This team brings to life the unique promise of a global hospitality brand's Lifestyle portfolio by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results.The Analyst, Social Media will support the day-to-day social media activities for the Lifestyle brands within the company's global portfolio. This includes assisting with monitoring and engagement for both paid and organic content.Experience with social media management, social listening, and social analytics tools (such as Sprinklr, Khoros, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, etc.) is essential.This role works cross-functionally with key internal teams to help develop and implement social strategies that support broader business goals. Additionally, the Analyst will serve as a primary point of contact for external agency partners and will be responsible for supporting the execution of brand social strategy while keeping stakeholders informed through regular updates.Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations across major social media platforms to maintain brand consistency and audience engagement. Work with teams to schedule and publish social content from the brand editorial calendars while working closely with agency partners and internal counterparts, ensuring consistency and accuracy Manage engagement across multiple lifestyle brand social media channels in an effort to amplify individual brand tone of voice, engage with users in a positive manner, provide best-in-class service, foster conversations, and build a vibrant social community amongst followers Create campaign briefs and lead kick-offs with internal teams and external agency partners Occasionally create real-time, brand social content, including concept pitching, ideation, asset creation and copywriting Monitor social channels to identify strategic opportunities for brand engagement, flag trending moments that can influence decisions across the category and to call out potential issues to be escalated to broader teams Assist in analyzing campaign and content performance insights to identify opportunities to improve content performance Qualifications Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
