* serve as one of two primary attorneys litigating the District's administrative law cases in front of the Division of Administrative Hearings. *Cases will include Environmental Resource Permitting challenges, Consumptive Use Permitting challenges, procurement bid protests, rule challenges, and regulatory enforcement cases. *will be expected to advise District staff, the Managing Attorney, and the General Counsel on a variety of administrative law issues, including noticing, administrative orders, rulemaking, and administrative procedures. $80,184.00 - $136,323.20
